Magnovent creates a column of air equal to the fans diameter that impacts the floor and moves the air in all directions, when the air hits any obstacle (wall, shelves…) it sends the air upwards and back to the ceiling mixing the air in the building. These destratification fans mix the air homogenizing the temperature in large buildings.
In winter the fans send the warmer air trapped in the ceiling down to the floor where people are, bringing up the temperature at floor level, thus cutting down the use of heating and emissions CO2. We have provided savings of up to 70% in the winter on energy.
For summer time, the fans generate a smooth constant breeze providing a cooling effect. When used in combination with an HVAC system there are important savings on energy, yielding a reduction in energy costs, emissions of CO2 and increasing comfort for workers and customers.
